Vitamin C is known for its benefits on the functioning of the immune system. It is naturally present in many fruits and vegetables (citrus fruits, kiwi ...). Being water soluble, this vitamin is difficult to store in the body, hence the importance of a daily intake to cover the nutritional needs essential to good health. Without regular consumption of fruits and vegetables, the immune system can be weakened. It is therefore recommended to take food supplements containing vitamin C.

Vitamin D3 is a vitamin synthesized by the body under the effect of the sun but can also be provided by food. It can be found in meat and cheese. It contributes, among other things, to the proper functioning of the immune system.
